Your website account and the APP run separately. So you must always register an account specifically for the APP when you first open it.
Setting up your account is really straight forward as most of the work is done in house before we despatch your order. All we need you to do is download the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Once installed, open the app up and the option to log in is on screen.
Underneath is an option to register. Give this a click. You now have to enter your email address, copy the security code on screen and create yourself a password.
Only numbers and letters can be used in the password, symbols are excluded.
Now press OK.
You will now be prompted to bind your device. You can do this by scanning the QR code on the tracker or manually entering the numbers within the QR code.
Congratulations, you can now begin tracking!
