Your APP account and the website run separately. So you cannot log in with your APP account details and you cannot log in on the APP with your website log in. You must register an account specifically for the APP.

Ordering a subscription from an initial Amazon or eBay order
To order a subscription you can do it via the link below and go through as a 'Guest' as you won't yet have a website log in. All we ask is that the name on the subscription order, matches the name on the Amazon/eBay order - that way we can match them up and ensure the device stays running.
If you have your Amazon order number to hand then please put this in the ORDER NOTES (OPTIONAL) section of the checkout.
So, if you follow this link - https://www.ubeequee.com/product/normal-subscription/ - you can then pick which subscription bundle you'd like and as soon as the order comes through, we'll link it up. You will have confirmation email once it has been completed.

If you simply cannot log in, don't worry, please put your original order number in the ORDER NOTES (OPTIONAL)
As long as you have inputted your correct shipping address, your accessories will arrive promptly.
