How can I ring the tracker? (Watch Finder/Remote Alert - Instruction video attached)

Please note. The UBEE LYNX,  UBEE ROAM, UBEE CAT 4G and the UBEE RANGER 4G do not have a speaker so you will not be able to use this function.

For all other trackers/watches:

If you are wanting to call and speak to a loved one, then a Voice Subscription will need to be purchased from here

If you just want to ring the tracker to alert a pet or loved one, then it's super easy. Providing the tracker has charge, log on to your APP, go to the settings and down to "Watch Finder". 

Click this option and then click "Find My Watch". You'll get a pop up on screen, ignore where it says "a watch is not in use", make sure you press OK regardless.  (The APP doesn't realise it's trying to ring a tracker).

You are now ringing the tracker. 

The ringing will continue for 30-60 seconds and the process can be repeated. If you need to stop the ringing, click the button on the tracker once.
