Your APP account and the website run separately. So you cannot log in with your APP log in details.
Ordering a subscription from an initial Amazon or eBay order
To order a subscription you can do it via the link below and go through as a 'Guest' as you won't yet have a website log in. All we ask is that the name on the subscription order, matches the name on the Amazon/eBay order - that way we can match them up and ensure the device stays running.
If you have your Amazon order number to hand then please put this in the ORDER NOTES (OPTIONAL) section of the checkout.
So, if you follow this link for pets - https://www.ubeequee.com/product/normal-subscription/ - you can then pick the subscription bundle you'd like and as soon as the order comes through, we'll link it up. You will receive a confirmation email once it has been completed.
For watches/kids/elderly trackers, you may wish to look at our Voice Subscriptions via the link below. This will allow for calls to be made to and from the device, as well as all Data subscription functions.

At your time of purchase, we make clear that all subscriptions are auto-renewal. Just like a streaming service, you will continue to be billed, until you cancel. Attached to this article, are examples of these reminders.
Unless you opt out of auto-renewal by providing written notice to HELP@UBEEQUEE.ZENDESK.COM, any subscription services you have authorised will be automatically extended for successive renewal periods of the same duration as the subscription term originally selected, at the amount that you had agreed to. Your subscription will not be extended after the term in which you are currently ends.
