We have recently been alerted to a strange error message upon charging your watches.
If you switch your watch on, or it is already switched on and you go to charge it, the watch will flash up with an error message along the lines of *Invalid Touch In Charging Mode*.
Whilst we are working on the removal of this incorrect message, please be rest assured that the watch is still charging.
The green battery bar should continue to move, to signal that charge is being administered.
After two hours, remove the charging lead and the watch face should update with the topped up battery.
Your APP will update the battery percentage after the next tracking update.
