*First and foremost, ensure that you are registered on the APP. If you are a new customer, you must register on the APP (the website account is completely separate). An image is attached of where to click to register.
If you have registered and have forgotten your password at any time, please follow the below steps.
1) Open up the APP and press 'Forgot Password?' underneath the login box
2) Enter your email address
3) press Get v-code
4) Check your emails and junk mail for an email from Smart Watch
5) Take down the code and enter it into the APP next to the Get v-code box
6) reset and confirm your new password
7) Log in to your account. Ensure you erase the prefilled password and enter your new password
